Back office needs to print a few labels on the laser printer a few times a day

Run TICKET 2000 on the office PC and setup the required label templates for the laser printer.

Several different people need to use TICKET 2000 around the office and different people have different labels.

Install TICKET 2000 on the network. Setup ConsoleMode to include a lookup code for each user or user group. When the user enters this code, their list of labels appears from which they can select and print. The label and console files are shared on the network. Only Shortcuts and a handfull of DLLs need to be installed on each PC.

We need to print labels from an MS DOS or Unix application

Connect the MS DOS or Unix computer to the network. Modify the application so it writes a single line of text to a file each time it requires labels. The line should contain the name of the label, the quantity and the field data. A copy of TICKET 2000 Communications mode is running on a Windows PC, watching the shared text file for new data. When new data is found it prints the labels automatically.

We want to print a label using weigh scales and include the weight etc on the label

Install TICKET Active Weigh Mode which is included with TICKET 2000. The lets you capture scale data and automatically print labels. It can also count items and product carton and outer counts and total weights.

We use TEC and Zebra thermal printers and we need to print labels using databases.

TICKET 2000 has built in support or TEC and Zebra printers. TICKET 2000 also includes MS Access, text CSV, dBase, Excel and Paradox file support.

Our QA department requires that we capture an audit log of all labels printed.

No problem, TICKET 2000 includes a very advanced audit log feature that captures all printed data and operator information to a MS Access or text file.

We already have an application built in Delphi, we don't want the users to be worried about operating another application to print labels. Can we incorporate TICKET into our application ?
